Why Metta Human? A brief introduction.

To me, the possibility of ushering others into a new mental landscape — and therefore, a new reality — animates my life.

Because no matter how many advancements or changes we see in politics, science, technology and art — we will only thrive to the extent that our collective psyche will allow. And the collective psyche is made of each of us, as individuals.

So to me, the transformation of society, the happiness of all, rests upon the happiness of each individual. So our point of departure is not populations, but individual people.
